Based a stone's throw from Sherwood, in the heart of Nottinghamshire, we're a small company that thinks 'BIG' when it comes to grilled cheese. You could say we are pop-ups, pop up! You're most likely to find as at gourmet food markets and such events, but don't be shocked to occasionally find us in towns, cities or at music festivals. Still quite young, we're keen on taking the 'BIG Melt' to new realms!

Our authentic artisan sourdough bread is baked about two minutes from BMHQ ( That's BIG MELT HEADQUARTERS), between these slices we deep fill, with our exclusive delicious blend of Raclette, Red Leicester and Vintage Mature Cheddar. For those seeking a little 'extra' flavour, try adding from our latest selection, of award-winning fillings and dressings.

“A big thank you to BigMelt who were a fantastic addition to our wedding day, guests loved the variety of fillings (some needed to try them all!) and after a day of drinking and dancing it was the perfect fuel to keep the party going. The whole team were very easy to deal with and we were able to rely on them to set up, serve and take down on their own accord which is great considering the stresses of wedding planning!
